We encourage all members to complete the 2025 Staff Experience Survey. While we recognise the limitations of the survey, many of which you have raised with us in previous years, it remains a key tool that the University uses to assess how well it’s performing as an employer.
We are therefore keen to ensure that all voices are heard for the most rounded results. Look out for an email from People Insight, and make your views clear.
