Employee Assistance Programme Survey – Have your Say
Have you ever used the University’s counselling services and/or its Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)?
Do you think you might want to use these sorts of services in the future?
The University has recently suspended its provision of in-house counselling to staff who need support in overcoming personal and professional problems that are affecting their well-being.
Instead, they are now exclusively offering the confidential advice service that is run externally via the EAP. This service is delivered by Health Assured, and includes access to their “Wellbeing Portal” and “Health e-Hub Mobile App”.
Tell Us Your Thoughts
We are seeking members’ feedback via a short survey to ensure that you receive high-quality and ethical support in this important area of occupational health.
